Description Coordinate the preparation of the detailed ASSM Strategic Plan (ASP)/Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Rolling & quarterly forecasts for the companys overall profit & loss Review and challenge the planned assumptions with the budget owners and ensure they are in line with the companys direction and targets Responsible for planning and tracking Investment Cost Development & work extensively with operations, Project Management, and Finance teams to monitor performance and ensure red flags are raised if variations takes place Coordinate with the functions to control the G&A and avoid the overspending Identify and assess the business risks & opportunities and provide early alerts on the potential deviation from the plans; coordinate with the functions in defining the mitigation actions and align the management Partner with the plants teams in controlling the plants spending to deliver the monthly MOH KPIs & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) targets. Provide full support to the operations function in evaluating the productivity initiatives and assess the impact on the financials and the profitability targets Provide full support to the business team in evaluating the pricing strategies and assess the impact on the financials and the market share Provide the planning and analysis of the major projects Track the pricing and trade margins by channel and benchmark with competition Track and analyze the volume, pricing & mix results and the OPEX actual spending, understand the root cause of the deviation vs. plan/forecast/prior year Lead the development of all the presentations required by ASSM management as per the heavy planning calendar Support the monthly and year-end closing process and prepare clear and detailed explanation on the results to be provided in the monthly review forum

Qualifications Finance/Economics degree from an accredited University. Preferably CPA/CMA/MBA Holder Minimum 4 years of experience in multinational FMCG. SAP/Oracle knowledge is a plus Solid finance and accounting experience, planning & analysis background, good knowledge of profit & loss components and business case development Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required Results oriented, takes initiatives to get things done Excellent communication skills Team player, adapts well in a diverse and dynamic environment Work under stress and team player
