Description Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required in order to insure smooth project start up and assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues. Review the Modifications in the technical submissions to ensure the compliance with the internal and international engineering standards and cost effective. Review direct installation, commissioning and acceptance of completed projects for ensuring cost and quality effectiveness. Present high level l capital budget status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Liaise and assist engineering section and operation departments in repair and maintenance of refinery equipment and machinery
Qualifications Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Experience: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Knowledge: English level 3, equivalent. Basic Working Proficiency: Microsoft office application (Word - Excel - Power point). Microsoft Project or Primavera (project planning program). Auto Cad 2D / Solid work programs
