Description -Maintains quality assurance operations by following quality assurance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. -Ensure that required quality and food safety standards are continually improved to meet the product standards. -Oversee raw material testing, finished goods, labeling, and packaging as well as planning daily production requirements from raw ingredients to packaging material. -Perform detailed investigation of product deviations and customer inquiries, determine the root causes for such deviations, and monitor corrective actions put in place for effectiveness.
