Brief of Job Responsibilities: - Office activities and operations - Order processing & coordination - Invoicing - Inventory management and control - Office software transactions - Record Update & Reporting - Export Compliance Control

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in accountant, Business administration or Logistic ( English department ) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Familiarity with office procedures - Knowledge of MS Office is must - computer software suites (ERP) will be preferred
