Description Supporting HR team in full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit for Sales team. Ensuring all 100% fill rate for Sales team. Managing Engagement activities for employees. Assisting on training and development activities like training events, preparing training calendar, ensuring training effectiveness. Data analysis of HR processes and finding insights. Ideating online and offline fun activities.
Qualifications 1-3 years working in the field of HR. Bachelor degree of business administration or any other equivalent specialization. Good command over English language. Enthusiastic and energetic personality. Able to come of with ideas to leverage social .media, online and offline games and activities.
