Junior Technical Support Specialist For Chestnut Learning 2017

Job Summary
Provide first level technical support to computer systems, computer networks and, users. Performs other duties related to the job as required.
Responsibilities
  • Setup and deploy OS and required software on user PCs.
  • Assist users with software needs and configurations.
  • Perform required maintenance for PCs, printers and network cabinets.
  • Troubleshoot user problems related to hardware, software and network.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Network+ and/or CCNA study is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System
  • Knowledge in Hard desk management and tools
  • Knowledge in Remote Control Software
  • Knowledge in Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment
  • Knowledge in TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS and SMB
