Maintenance Engineer For Chestnut Learning 2017

Job Summary
Following up on maintenance, installation, and contracting for the company.
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing the project’s technical documents, which include blueprints, BOQ, schedules, and specifications.
  • Reviewing site documents submitted by the contractor.
  • Reviewing/following up on work progress on site, schedules, work completeness, quality, budget, and prepare reports.
  • Reviewing/attending inspection requests, handover requests, material submissions, site quantity submissions, and any formal technical documents/submittals submitted by the contractor
  • Answering any RFIs for the contractor.
  • Following up with the contractor during the project delivery phase.
  • Following up on the works of maintenance and services companies.
  • Ordering parts & supplies as required, and maintaining stock and inventory control.
  • Reviewing the bills of the maintenance and services companies.
  • Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling/following up on routine maintenance checklist for mechanical and finishing.
  • Managing a team of technicians for maintenance.
  • Holding responsibility for spare parts inventory, ordering parts and supplies, maintaining inventory and utilizing the inventory system when needed.
  • Performing assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
  • Completing maintenance and repairing records as required.
  • Producing maintenance reports to management.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Good computer skills
