Description The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities. 1. Processing a high volume of product orders. 2. Responsible of all data entry related to the sales offers, invoices ,customers data...etc 3. Processing invoices for all sales transactions 4. Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team. 5. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectives. 6. Taking phone calls from customers. 7. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
