Description Cash and Liquidity Management. Ensuring that the companys cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively. Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow and perform financial modelling. Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Standardizes regional office cash flow planning processes. Manage payments by cheque, international wire, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and Automated Clearing House. Funding Negotiating loan or overdraft terms with banks. Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge. Liaising with bankers and maintaining positive working relationships. Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Companys requirements. Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines. Providing guidance on special financing products (e.g. Lease models, Export Programs) and liaising with related financial service providers.

Qualifications 1-Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance. 2-CTP designation strongly preferred. 3-MBA desired. 4-high communication skills 5-high problem solving skills 6-high office user
