Description - Senior Architect, that shall be responsible for North Coast projects in the design department , however her/his task shall be: 1- Preparing the projects design program reports, as well as the required RFPs for consultants. 2- Reviewing all designs issued by consultants to ensure its compliance with ARCO standards and to fulfill authorities requirement and coordinate it within the project organization. 3- Handling the sites inquires and RFIs to be clarified. 4- Preparing and reviewing Clients Contract amendments. 5- Managing modifications applied to design and to coordinate with all related parties ( sales / marketing / Site ).

Qualifications - 5-7 year experience in the field of real estate development OR Design field in consultancy firm. - Excellent knowledge in Architectural programs ( AutoCAD / Photoshop / 3D max / Revit). - Excellent knowledge in MS programs ( Word / Excel / PowerPoint). - Finalized OR ongoing in one of the Project management courses.
