Description Manage department resources ( staff , time , inventory , tools & budget ) effectively Listen & solve internal & external customers complaints effectively in shortest possible time. Meet budget goals & due dates . Responsible on sub-ordinate appraisal, motivation& development. Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. Reporting Creativity in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. Perform maintenance and calibration for equipment: HPLC , GC , MS , particle counters , TOC , gas analyzers , lab water system.
Qualifications Engineer ( preferred Electric / Medical / Chemical ) At least 4 years experience in lab equipment maintenance. Very good English / presentation skills. Service Management & customer service studies or practical experience in the same subjects.
