Job Description:
• Collaborate With Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, Community Managers, Developers, and Other Internal Staff To Develop Cutting Edge Social Media Campaigns.
• Review All Assets To Ensure Social Media Ads are Aligned With The Strategic Approach.
• Plan and Implement Paid Social Media Campaigns For Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tumblr, and Snapchat, As Well As Digital Campaigns Using Google AdWords
• Collaborate With Digital Teams To Plan Ad Buys From Media Partners
• Analyze and Monitor Ad Performance on a Daily Basis
• Generate Engagement On Paid Social Media Content and Drive Performance-based Results With Allotted Budget
• Conduct A/B Testing To Identify High Performing Ads and Incorporate Learning Into Future Campaigns
• Gather Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Paid Metrics Across Social Media Campaigns
• Social Media Management - Overall Responsibility For Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube), Including Content and Identification Of New Opportunities For Engagement and One To One Interaction.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Relevant Education and Experience.
• Years Of Related Experience in The Digital and Social Media Fields
• Experience in Developing and Executing Large Scale Social Media Strategies and Community Engagement
• Hands on Social Media Engagement and Monitoring Tools (i.e. Hootsuite, NetBase, Talkwalker)
• Experience in Content Development and Online Marketing
• Passion For Digital/Social Marketing
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Ability To Work Effectively On a Fast-paced Team
• From 2-4 years of experience
