Description - Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
 - Typing, preparing and collating reports and presentations.
 - Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
 - Managing databases
 - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
 - Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
 - Attend meetings to record minutes.
 - Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
 - Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
 - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Qualifications -Bachelor degree Business Administration.
