Description Responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and integration of HR information systems that are aligned with HR objectives while enabling technology to meet the current and future business needs.
 Process, verify, maintain and enter the employees data, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, grading and reasons for resignations.
 Design employees database to support Human Resources different activities.
 Prepare reports and do the required analysis regarding the employees different data.
 Provide assistance to the Human Resources bodies by providing them with the needed data regarding employees grades, hiring dates, performance appraisal evaluation"�.etc.
 Linking all employees to their managers in the hierarchical structure to support the Performance Management System to provide an accurate data reflecting their actual performance evaluation.
 Responsible for verifying and updating all employees data from the Personnel department.
 Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.
 Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of Human Resources Operations.

Qualifications 0-1 Experience Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & ORACLE Business suits are a must
