4. Sell value added services to customers.
5. Coordinate with other departments to solve customers' complaints.

Education:
1. University graduate.
Experience:
1. Fresh graduate up to 1 year of experience in direct shops or service industry.
2. Experience in handling customers.

1. Very good English both spoken and written.
2. Very good computer skills.
3. Good communication and selling skills.
4. Ability to work in a team.
5. Ability to work under shift basis.
