Description � Making materials analysis according customer�s specification
� Checking the stock materials before purchase the new orders received
� Raise Purchase orders from system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line
� With production planning requirement
� Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirement
� Calculating Bill of Materials according to specification Received from Customer
� Release Materials to the Production according to Bill of Materials needs
� Follow up with purchasing department for in stock date for each item
� Follow up with Logistic team will receive materials on time
� Confirming the delivery date to sales department after review the material situation for the orders
� Sent to the production planning the orders according to raw material situation
� Trouble shooting on production situations
� Make sure the orders delivered on time
� Candidate may perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications • Bachelor degree at any relevant • 0-3 years experience • Strong interpersonal skills • V. good computer skills specially Microsoft Office Package • Ability to work without close supervision
