Description - Reporting to the Manager of the Technical Support Department.
� Installing and configuring computer (hardware, Software).
� Daily monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
� Respond to all queries either in person or over the phone.
� Troubleshooting system, computer issues and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults.
� Replacing hardware parts as required.
� Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
� Supporting the roll-out of GUC new applications.
� Working continuously on a task until completion or escalate.
� Testing and evaluating new technology.
� Train the GUC staff members on the new equipment and technical techniques whenever it is required.
Qualifications Required Skills: • Strong knowledge in all the Microsoft Products. • Good knowledge in Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android. • Good Knowledge in computers hardware parts. • Strong knowledge in Image and cloning concept. • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems and internet searching method. • Able to work under pressure and stress. • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. • Knowledge and professional use of the German Language for business purposes is an asset. • Self-motivated, with high level of communication skills, mind concentration and time management. Education and Experience: • University degree is a must (preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science). • Minimum three years of experience in the IT Technical Support field.
