Description � Receiving complaints from GUC staff members in person or over phone.
 � Using the GUC Technical Manuals to guide the GUC staff members to solve their problems over the Phone, or escalate the call to the upper technical level.
 � Submitting all the complaints and requests using the GUC Ticketing system.
 � Following up with GUC staff members until the Ticket is closed.
 � Daily report should be submitted for the Technical Team Supervisor.

Qualifications Required Skills: • Strong knowledge in all the Microsoft Products. • Good knowledge in Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android. • Good Knowledge in computers hardware parts. • Strong knowledge in Image and cloning concept. • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems and internet searching method. • Able to work under pressure and stress. • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. • Knowledge and professional use of the German Language for business purposes is an asset. • Self-motivated, with high level of communication skills, mind concentration and time management. Education and Experience: • University degree is a must (preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science). • Minimum three years of experience in the IT Technical Support field.
