Description 1- Participating in creating and implementing training programs
2- Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues
3- Managing schedules, records and accounts receivable
4- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
5- Book classrooms and ensure they�re properly set up
6- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
7- Act as a point-of-contact between training center and trainees.
8- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
9- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
10- Submit reports on training activities and results
11- Recommend improvements or new programs
12- Ensure instructors and trainees follow established policies
Qualifications 1- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role. 2- Experience in project management 3- Knowledge of office procedures and billing 4- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus 5- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability 6- Outstanding communication skills 7- Strong attention to detail
