Description Handle and coordinate active calendars. Schedule and confirm meetings. Responsible for daily office needed tasks. Ensure file organization based on office protocol. Provide ad hoc support around office as needed. Follow up & organize invoices.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent (Accounting Background is preferred). Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
