Description - Day- to-day operations
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of human resources to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Participate in the selection committee to select service providers according to approved criteria with operation HR head and HR manager considering the best quality aspects.
- Participate in the committee of service providers contract renewal according to policies and procedures .
- Create the purchasing request on SAP
- Prepare and review all service claims and ensure submission in deadlines to financial department after approval.
- Supervise daily activity schedules for kitchen and cafeteria
- Follow up delivery of meals In deadlines through all shifts
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of food in a kitchen and cafeteria
- Follow up receiving and proper utilization of material and food according to the planned quantity and quality
- Supervise and appraise the administrative service team (kitchen and cafeteria stuff ) to align to daily , weekly and monthly work schedules
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business administration with preferably an human resources

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Cost analysis and control - Knowledge of variety of suppliers - Knowledge of safety and hygiene rules
