HR Recruitment Specialist
Required for international company located in 6th of October
Main Duties:
Job Ads as per company requirements
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Screening CVs and filtrating
Calling candidates for scheduling interviews
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Maintain updated personnel information on company HR software system
Develop company HR standards and regulatory rules and manage its execution.
Ensure successful implementation of company HR policies and rules
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Excellent command of English Language
Attention to details
