LC Specialist – KONE Egypt
Key responsibilities:
. Review LCs and assist our sales team in negotiating terms and conditions.
. Prepare LC presentation and follow up on KONE payment without discrepancies.
. Follow the documentation cycle from Supply Line till local bank.
· Monitor and manage inbound deliveries from suppliers and factory.
. Follow up with customer logistics to ensure materials are cleared on time.
. Ensure all shipping documents are correct.
· Take actions to move delivery to “Long Term Warehousing” when requested.

Requirements:
Excellent English language skills
2 - 4 years of experience in the same role
Excellent understanding and experience of LCs cycle and processes is a must
Understanding of logistics, shipping and delivery processes is preferred
Active and willing to handle out of office activities related to the role
