Description Provide the local needs plan according to the production plan developed and in line with the goal of sales management taking into account the appropriate stock balance.
2. Supervise and follow up the terms and steps of payment in a timely manner and obtain the best possible facilities in the terms of payment.
3. Obtain quotations from suppliers for each item and compare them to each other for the best prices as well as obtain approval / approval of the procurement manager on the important items.
4. Perform all local purchase orders in time
5. Perform instant and urgent purchase orders using personal stamping
6. Assist the local Procurement Manager and the Procurement Manager on the preparation and periodic updating of the Supplier Register
7. Updating the price database with any change in prices with the local procurement manager and the general procurement manager informed by the flag to take the necessary action.
8. Ensuring payment of suppliers receivables by financial management to maintain a strong professional relationship between the company and suppliers.
9. Carry out any other work assigned to him by his immediate boss or the managing director
Qualifications University degree or equivalent work experience. Approximately 3-5 years of related experience. Excellent Negotiation Skills. Communication and Negotiation skills. Excellent planning and follow up skills. Good Computer Skills. And good user on oracle system.
