Redcon Constructions is hiring Project Manager (Egyptian Only) • Job Description: - Prepare all the necessary plans for the project, according to the opportunities, (Time - financial - administrative - technical). - Manage all the resources required for the project and the well management for (Human - Equipment - Subcontractors - Materials). - Concern the aspects of human development (Training - Public Awareness - Censored). - Develop an effective system of regular reports (From/To) to monitor the course of the project in all phases of the contract. - Make periodic appraisal to monitor the performance. - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. • Salary: From 35,000 EGP to 40,000 EGP • Self-Medical Insurance / Social insurance coverage. • Job Requirements: Experience in high rise buildings is a must + 15 years of experience • Specific Scientific needed: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant Major/ Grad.
