Description Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all engineering works - Do inspections and offer quotations for the required task orders - Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement - Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned - Plane and prepare the PM and CM schedules and technical reports - Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations - Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock - Manage and supervise contractors activities
Qualifications Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction - Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Problem Solving - Operation Monitoring - Active Listening - Analytical Thinking - Selective Attention - The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
