Description � Identify and generate leads of customers desirous of obtaining second residency/ passport/nationality and can afford paying more than 300,000 USD for such investment
� Conduct phone calls to prospect clients and book appointments with them in the company office or at the clients office.
� Present the investment opportunities and explain all the real estate and/or legal aspects associated with the property purchase and the citizenship program � Follow up on existing and new clients who has previously requested information about the program and projects.
� Make a preliminary assessment of eligibility for successfully lodging an Application for Citizenship, pursuant to the Immigration & Citizenship Acts. After the client has decided to move forward with the investment;
� Facilitate and coordinate in respect of all matters pertaining to the citizenship and passport application, liaising between the client, the Authorities, and the authorized lawyer.
� Engage Authorized Local Agent to assist in the collecting and compiling personal information for preparation and submission of the citizenship.
� Prepare the applications for governmental due diligence for Citizenship and Passport based on the required documents and information supplied.
� Undertake to remain informed and up to date with the progress of the application/s on behalf of the client.
� Make daily report with all the calls activities happened with the clients in excel sheet format.
� Manage external agents and their clients
Qualifications Excellent command of English written and spoken, additional Arabic and/or Russian and/or Chinese knowledge will be highly appreciated - University graduate - Perfect MS Office user - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate and/or legal and/or investment and/or immigration services and/or related field - Previous experience in dealing with High Net worth Individuals - Posses a substantial amount of contacts from VIP clients - Presentable, punctual, with high communication skills - Ability to travel within and outside Egypt if needed

Compensations Basic Salary from 5,000 EGP to 7,000 EGP depending on target achievement + Commission starting from 1,000 US Dollars/deal Office hours from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm with 2 days off
