Description Conducts and improves forecasting activities in order to maintain effective inventory level
Analyses data such as usage history, lead time, inventory and analyse market trend in order to maintain sustained flow of delivery
Follow the maintained documentation and procedures for demand planning process and system to ensure that material needs are effectively met.
Prepare reports for inventory measurements
Maintain plans in order to ensure availability of all items needed in the showrooms
Coordinate with the sales managers and showroom manager to ensure material requirements planning
Work closely with the purchasing to ensure material delivery as per MRP results
Review level of inventory in the main warehouse and in the showrooms as well to identify excess or non-moving items and take appropriate action to reduce inventory
Measure the sales attitude on monthly basis for each sector (show room and other channels)
Prepare the yearly budget in term of required quantity for each item
Prepare the weekly demand plan for the show rooms and coordinate with the warehouse for the delivery for the needed items to the show rooms
Qualifications knowledge of Statistics knowledge of planning
