Description Appeal attorney with experience at least 10 years. Follow and finalize all issues at courts. Litigation and attending court hearing when requested. Review and type all types of contracts in Arabic & English. Deal with Governmental entities. Deal with general legal matters. Following up with external legal advisors. Negotiating & protecting the company rights while drafting all contracts and agreements with second parties.
Experience in drafting opening statement, memorandums. Has worked in banking cases, negotiations and all settlements.
Qualifications Very good language and communication skills (Arabic & English). Very good in Computer skills. Preferred to be graduated from English or French Law College.
