Description - Participation in the preparation of the annual work plan proposal: Market share and objectives, an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and fears to analyze internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
- Writing and proofreading copy.
- Liaising with designers and printers.
- Organizing photo shoots.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship.
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures, for example computer customer surveys and focus groups.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Contribute to, develop and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
Qualifications - University degree from reputable university. - Previous experience in same field is preferable - V. good creativity and innovation. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Working under pressure & multitasks.
