Description Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. - Updates payroll records by entering changes i.e., deductions, job title department/division transfers. - Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. - Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee state income, taxes and employers social insurance, unemployment, workers compensation payments. - Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. - Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; - Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications BSc /BA in accounting/business administration Analyzing Information, - 1-2 years experience in payroll clerk familiarity with general accounting principles. - Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality - knowledge of SAP or relevant software. - Exquisite math and numerical skills - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving - Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, General Math Skills, Financial Software, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization
