Description Set the department strategy, action plan and job descriptions.
Maintaining statistical and financial records in addition to managing budgets.
Set meetings with superiors to advice on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends.
Responsible for managing the team, developing, planning, organizing incentives as long as communicating with the sales and marketing departments to accomplish specific objectives.
Trace daily departments operation and monitoring the achieved numbers
Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
Supervises and participates in trade shows and sales missions if required.
Liaising with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, online systems and other suppliers to manage bookings and schedules.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree forum a reputable university. Excellent command of English. Highly Communication, team building, presentation, and negotiation skills
