Description Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customers request
Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
Notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements
Develop Internal and External tours.
Responsible for organizing and preparing holiday tours
Receive calls and emails as a sales representative
Handling outgoing packages from A to Z including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours .etc
Qualifications Previous experience in Travel Agencies is a MUST & per-experience in other sectors will not be considered BA/BS degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years Experience in the field of inbound/outbound tourism Male - Female. Excellent in English. Basic computer skills Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems) Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems
