urgently needs for five stars hotel in Hurghada Job title: Performance Management Coordinator • Key responsibilities: • Preparation and presentation of BSC results and high quality data and analysis for the planning team, champions, department heads and others as appropriate. • Ensure the implementation of Desert Rose Culture of Excellence Model through monitoring and analyzing the results of Desert Rose reports and documents. • Work on the development and improvement of Desert Rose culture, workplace environment and employment practices in a way that strengthens colleague’s ability to work with performance management techniques and measures. • Requirements: • Diploma of university level in Business or other related field. • A minimum of one year of experience in hotel industry in HR, training or quality management position. • Excellent MS Office skills. • Fluent English If you are interested kindly send your updated CV with a recent photo to : Recruitment@desertrose.com
