Description Welcomes visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel. Answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to appropriate personnel/department and takes adequate messages when required. Handles hotel bookings & travel arrangements (flight tickets, visas...etc) and manages the related invoices. Orders, receives and maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies. Maintains the filing system and file all correspondence. Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Coordinates mail/courier flow in and out of the company. Supports employees in various administrative tasks as requested. Maintains the reception area safe and tidy.
Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in similar position. -Multinational company experience will be an asset. -Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills Dynamic, representative & cooperative. -Can handle multi-tasks & work under pressure. -Strong Organization & Follow up skills. -Attendance and Punctuality. -Dependable and professional. -PC Literacy. -University degree in any discipline
