Description - Handle all recruitment activities such as (screening, arranging interviews, conducting tests & reference check).
 - Shortlist candidates CVs against job descriptions.
 - Handle TEG career e-mail, external job boards and walk in CVs
 - Maintain and update the recruitment web site and issue related reports as required
 - Prepare and coordinate job posts with the hiring managers.
 - Attend and coordinate job fairs
 - Handle the social media recruitment channels like Facebook & Linked - in
 - Maintain and coordinate the 3 months probation period assessments and renewal of annual contracts process.
 - Assist in updating and maintaining the detailed organization structures.
 - Assist in modifying & updating job descriptions and specifications.
 - Follow on the vacancies and trace the applicants status record to ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
 

Qualifications 1. Excellent user of Microsoft Office ( Word, excel, PowerPoint) 2. Ability to handle multiple tasks 3. Professional oral and written communication skills 4. Teamwork ability 5. Time management 6. Presentation skills
