Description The primary function is to act as the company representative within the Joint Venture Company, thereby safeguarding and managing the interests of the shareholders on all Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and cost recovery issues.

 -Responsible for preparation of work programs and budgets incl. any revisions thereof
 -Responsible for exercising cost controlling of projects to ensure that expenditures are in line with approved work programs and budgets.
 -Maintain an effective and comprehensive budget and cost control reporting system
 -Ensure the quality and correctness of all accounting entries
 -Ensuring that uniform company policies and procedures are applied
 -Ensure compliance with tax regulations, the fulfillment of tax liabilities as well as resolving any tax claims

Qualifications -University degree from an international University, i.e. Master of Business Administration -Min. 10 years business experience in an international E&P industry, -Long-term experience in accounting & controlling; especially with regard to cost recovery concepts and procedures -Proven managerial skills -Quick adoption to changing environments -Ability to find compromises when necessary
