Description 1- Follow up the employees loans with the banks (i.e. issuing HR letters ,notifying the banks)
 2- To do the administrative work for some benefits (I. life insurance, medical insurance) in terms of In & Out updates�etc.
 3- To administrate the payment of the business local work mission to different areas (i.e. down town, Nasr city) as per the company policy.
 4- To administrate the payment of the food, daily transportation and shift allowance.
 5- Printing the IDs for the employees.
 6- Filing and make periodical reports as appropriate, for the above mentioned tasks.
 Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. - Updates payroll records by entering changes i.e., deductions, job title department/division transfers. - Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. - Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee state income, taxes and employers social insurance, unemployment, workers compensation payments. - Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. - Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; - Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications BSc /BA in accounting/business administration Analyzing Information, Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving - Data Entry Skills,
