Description -Contribute to the reliability and integrity of the mechanical equipment and structures by the application of standard working procedures in order to achieve maximum reliability of equipment.
-Initiate and develop specific mechanical repair procedures, SOP and work instructions in order to ensure best practice of maintenance tasks.
-Maintains function and reliability of refinery and packing associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts in order to achieve and exceed production and packing plans
-Set up and operate grinding machines drill, press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts in order to reduce repairing time.
-Uses handling and rigging tools such as chain hoist, slings, overhead cranes, monorails in order to handle heavy materials and equipment safely in order to safely handle materials and reduce repair time.
-Correctly manage and report all maintenance activities and assets data / records through company ORACLE in order to keep continuous and valid records for all assets.
-Reviewing engineering shop drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant in order to extract any required technical data and ensure maximum reliability of equipment.
-Troubleshoot, and Locate equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements and analyses, and plan toward remedy in order to eliminate breakdowns and reduce downtimes
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
