Description Established new products in coordination with customer needs and business model
2. Manage product approval process.
3. Ensure the products are safe enough to put them on shelves and sell them.
4. Work closely with engineers to develop prototypes of products.
5. Working with suppliers to identify problems related to incoming products.
6. Provide advice to vendors on best practices and methods for correcting issues.
7. Participate in the process of quality assurance.
8. Participate in the establishment, launch or implementation of new products.
9. Develop methodology for testing and measuring products and applications.
10. Manage future and existing products, set goals and report on performance.
11. Generate products and services from start to marketing to customers.
12. Define products and programs.
13. Supervise the development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
14. Work with product management team to ensure effective operation.
15. Leading teams in developing and defining business requirements for retention products.
16. Identify product visibility.
17. Work with suppliers and marketing team to offer high quality products.
18. Ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
19. Participate with multi-functional team to implement product development plan.
20. Conduct periodic product analysis and improve as needed.
21. Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records, expenditures, research results and reports to inform management

Qualifications - Bachelor of Business Administration Department of Marketing or equivalent to suit the nature of work - Minimum experience of at least one year in the same field - Fluent Arabic speaking and writing with mastery of expressive writing - Preferably very good English language at least speaking and writing - Ability to identify problems, collect data, create facts and draw correct conclusions - Ability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions - Effective communication skills and communication of information to specialists and non-specialists - Ability to process more than one business at a time without confusion
