Description Provide operation support for IT applications
 -Report, respond and resolve issues , customer requests and problems..
 -Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents whenever possible.
 -Maintaining problem tracking and resolution databases.
 -Applying customer support policies, procedures, and standards.
 -Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis.
 -Assure the right versions of modules/reports are used.
 -Report any miss-using for responsibilities or user access to applications.
 -Perform primarily training to all employees as requested from IT management or user manager/s.
 -Report periodic summary data processing for all users, modules, applications..
 -Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements.
 -Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions;
 -Working with customers to test applications;
 -Meet with customers to collect information about business requirements
 -Document customer business rules;
 -Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot software components
 -Evaluating new applications software technologies;
 -Researching, evaluating, and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support Requirements;
 -Providing user/customer training;
 -Update manuals, instructions, and operating procedures;
 -Participate in the planning and delivery of a full range of customer support services to the organization;

Qualifications Academic and professional qualifications: - Bachelors degree Experience: - 1-2 years IT Applications experience in Supporting sales cycle” - Customer Oriented preferred to deal with sales team. - Good experience in MS SQL data base (2008.,2010,2012 ) - Good experience in MS visual studio . net - Supporting Sales Buzz application is preferred ” at least one year”. - Knowledge of Oracle database is a plus. - Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
