Description Conducting regular training and activities for local market to professionally promote Make- up, Skincare, and Fragrances.
Recruit new customers by giving our professional consultation and advice.
Regular training for our beauty advisors & Promoters
Improve their selling techniques and methods.
Teach our Promoters how to provide an excellent customer service.
Continuous evaluation for their skincare, make up &fragrance knowledge (Techniques and Products).
Checking the Brands and team presentation wherever you go and report on any problem to the brand manager and CC. the marketing & Sales Division Director.
Regular and per-organized activities and promotion behind the counter and in beauty room when available.
Conduct several events and VIP gatherings.
To work side by side with Regional Training Manager her regular visits to the local market.
Regular follow up for beauty advisors with reference to HR- Promoting and motivating �etc...
Improve our Promoters loyalty.
Improve our Promoters grooming. Continuous evaluation (on monthly basis) to our Promoters
Qualifications Excellent product knowledge and outstanding selling techniques. Ability to motivate and strengthen the local team. People Management, Team Work & Continuous Improvement Communication, Managing Results &Delighting Customers
