Description - Receive & review supplier invoices according to the 3 way matching procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording and filing of all suppliers invoices.
- Record the supplier invoices in SAP on timely manner.
- Ensure supplier accounts are reconciled. Answer suppliers requests about the status of
Their accounts.
- Follow up bank transfers execution and send notification to suppliers.
- Clearing GRIR account in particular the old entries on a monthly basis.
- Deliver the cheques to suppliers on weekly basis.
- Issue form 4 for each Raw Material shipment.
- Check the accuracy of bank charges/fees.
- Maintain control over customs release documents for foreign imports to ensure compliance with banking regulations/laws.
- Review and process employees expense reports for reimbursement for temporary and permanent imprest.
- Follow up and maintain the control for the employees advance payments.
- Maintain the control of prepayments account on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the quarterly physical count of tools.
- Support in monthly physical count for company inventories.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Check the installed spare parts with maintenance engineer to ensure accurate reporting of spares inventory account.
- Issue scrap sales invoices & follow up collection of scrap sales.
- Responsible for the 5S Filling system to ensure the proper filling of all finance dept. documents.
Qualifications - Proficient user of Excel, word, power point, outlook and SAP knowledge is a plus. - Multinational/Industrial background is a plus.
