Description Contact with the shipping lines and forwarders agents and get new quotations 2. Follow-up loading process, customs clearance process and the original documents with the customers 3. Good awareness about LC documents 4. Follow-up customers collections 5. Follow-up forwarders agents collections 6. Manage all the export reports (shipments follow-up, payments follow-up and achievements 7. Assist with any departmental operations, as required or directed to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions.
