Description - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
 - Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of Human Resources
 - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
 - Update organization chart
 - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
 - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
 - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
 - Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
 - Administer compensation and benefit plans
 - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
 - Undertake tasks in performance management
 - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

Qualifications - Proven experience as HR Generalist - BS degree in Human Resources or related field - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Knowledge of HR functions (Com & Ben, recruitment, training & development etc.) - Excellent PC literacy (Visio, MS Office, in particular) - Good knowledge of employment/labor laws - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude - Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach - Additional HR training will be a plus
