Description - Responsible for ensuring completed projects are in compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards and regulations
- Oversee installation, operation and, and repair to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Read and interpret manuals of new machines.
- Coordinate activities with all other departments.
- Accumulates technical data and other background information, to determine equipment performance specifications and establish baselines
- Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues.
- Improvement of equipment
- Manages smooth running of production lines and monitors down time rates. Able to respond quickly in case of line stoppage to prevent production losses
- Reduction of industrial accidents and awareness of ISO standards 9001:2008, 14001:2004, 22000:2005 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007
Qualifications - Experience in factories - Mechanical Power Engineering with 5 to 7 years of experience. - Experience in maintenance of (air compressors - air dryer -pumps - palletizer machines, shrink-wrapping machines).and installation the new machines and equipments - Project Management skills . - Planning and organizational skills. Strong Analytical and Administration Skills - Good interpersonal, communication, - Team leader & Handle Projects
