Job description :
Manage inbound & outbound calls .
Taking orders via phone or our website .
Cross Selling of the company products .
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction .
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up with Loyal Customers .
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies .
Job Requirements:
University Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 Years Proven customer support experience .
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Good command of written and spoken English.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
