Description This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, taking direction from the Commercial Sector Director and/or the CEO, regarding short term and long term sales targets, for both new and existing project, both local and international.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Engineering (minimum 4 years study). Minimum 10-15 years experienced. Sales and Marketing Certification. Strong English language proficiency. Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word. Knowledgeable in companys policies and departments procedures. Knowledge in sales department scope of companys softwares (ERP, etc…). Knowledge of and experience in management and administration. Proven sales ability. Excellent product knowledge. Knowledgeable in sale techniques. Excellent negotiations skills. Strong English language proficiency. Excellent oral and written communication. Results and performance driven. Customer service focused, goal driven and action oriented. Anticipates and solves problems. Planning and evaluation. Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word.
