Description a) Effectively manage large number of incoming emails, bookings and calls in a timely manner as well as making outbound calls according to business need.
 b) Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
 c) Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
 d) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
 e) Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
 f) Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
 g) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
 h) Go the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications a) Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc….). b) Ability to write business emails. c) Effective listening skills. d) Multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities. e) Strong Interpersonal skills and being able to creating positive interactions with customers. f) Previous experience with CRM systems (Customer relationship management system). g) Flexibility to stay after working hours upon business need. h) Ability to work under pressure.
