Customer Relation Management Executives For IGI Real Estate

IGI Real Estate is currently hiring Customer Relation Management Executives with the below mentioned requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree
2) 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with relevant industry experience in Real Estate and construction
3) Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
4) Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require; Problem-solving skills; Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
5) Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
6) Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
7) An ability to work well under pressure
8) Organizational and planning skills to develop customer services policies
9) Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
